All orders are processed promptly to ensure quick dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location. While we aim to meet these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bravon Label.
If the item does not fit, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may request a replacement or refund.
To process this request, you must provide a clear video showing the parcel being opened for the first time and clearly displaying the defect. All claims will be carefully reviewed before approval.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
Please note that shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
